1. Who We Are

Presume Studio Ltd. is a creative CGI and motion design company offering services in still imagery, motion, experience design, and 3D modeling. We work with ambitious brands, agencies, and studios to craft compelling visuals and immersive experiences.

2. Our Services
Presume Studio provides (but is not limited to) the following:
 

• CGI still imagery

• Motion design and animation

• Experience and interaction design

• Bespoke 3D modeling

• End-to-end creative direction and consultation
   

Each project scope is defined and agreed upon prior to commencement, including deliverables, deadlines, and estimated fees.

3. Engagement & Payment

Booking

To begin a project, a written agreement (including a Statement of Work or email confirmation) must be in place. A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required unless otherwise agreed.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
 

• Deposits are non-refundable and secure your project slot.

• Final payment is due upon project completion or prior to delivery of final assets.

• Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date unless stated otherwise.

• Late payments may incur statutory interest and/or delay in delivery.
  
   

Changes and Scope Creep

Changes outside the initial scope may affect timelines and fees. Additional costs will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding.

4. Intellectual Property

Rights Granted
 

• Upon full payment, Presume Studio grants the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for agreed purposes (commercial, editorial, etc.).

• Presume Studio retains ownership of all working files, source files, and unfinalized concepts unless otherwise stated.
   

Rights Reserved

We reserve the right to showcase project outcomes for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in award submissions — unless a specific NDA has been signed.

5. Assets
 

• Clients are responsible for licensing any third-party fonts, stock assets, or software required beyond what’s explicitly included in the deliverables.

• Presume Studio will advise on any necessary licenses or permissions.
   

6. Timelines & Deadlines

We’ll do our best to meet agreed deadlines. However, delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or third-party issues are not our responsibility. Timeframes will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Confidentiality

Any sensitive information shared between us remains confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent. This applies both during and after the engagement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination:
 

• The client is liable for payment of work completed up to that point.

• Any unused deposit funds may be refunded at our discretion.
   

9. Liability

We are not liable for:
 

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Any claims arising from the misuse of final deliverables

• Delays caused by factors outside our control
   

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
